New To Server

Hello all;

I have been very excited to see a Dragonlance server pop up. I am curious, though, when is the best time to log on to play? I mean - I am very excited to try - but it looks pretty empty right now. When is the liveliest times to play? I may be bringing a few others if it is VERY Krynn'ish, as myself and many of my friends are avid Dragonlance fans.
