In patch notes you wrote you made loot much rarer .. i still get tons of items while running trough goblin cave ... if magical items should be rare i shoudnt get1-2 items from each goblin group i kill (4).
Also many items comes with nice names but no properties.
Lastly, i have never seen magical necklace yet. Found dozens of them with various name, but none with any special ability.
